Weighted Silk Sleep Mask

I was extremely excited for this weighted eye mask because I wanted to use it during my meditation sessions. However, because of the fact that it’s weighted, when I’m sitting it slides down my face and I keep having to adjust it and tilt my head up to keep it on. The other thing I noticed is that if I use the mask while I’m sitting, it closes my nasal passageways and makes it difficult to breathe out of my nose. This is not a mask I would recommend for travel or for meditation, however, it is a good eye mask to use while laying down.

Item is lovely, I’m afraid I would need the head of a giant though the sleep mask is huge and made for a person with a massive head even though I purchased a small…not what I expected for £75

I love how soft the silk is and the weight is perfect.
