Folic Acid Softgels

Website was confusing. Shows an image of softgels. Doesnt switch to a picture of powder if you have that option selected then my receipt still showed an image of softgels in a pill bottle. I called customer support and they were not helpful and did not offer a refund since I had "purchased the powder form". They suggested I use a milligram scale to measure quantities. I dont have one so this has been a waste of money with no option for a refund. Very misleading. Be careful on the website
