Love the belt. We all buy belts for the back support, which this does great while remaining comfortable, but the core support is unmatched.

I ordered a size L belt based on the sizing chart but it was too big. I was able to send it back and get it exchanged for a size M with zero hassle. I think the belt is a good concept, especially with the ab plate. I feel like it could be stiffer.
