Only one soft belt in the world that doesnt fail. In 40 years every other soft belt I’ve used the buckle turns 45° under heavy load. This is the only design that consistently works every time without fail. Powerlifting belts unfortunately can dig into compressed discs and move them, so they aren’t an option anymore either.

4 herniated disc and a no feathers no fur lifter, this belt hits on all levels. back feels great on squats, dead lifts, and over head presses, had to loosen a bit for rows, but that worked great also. the additional support helps me focus on activating my abs and hold through the set.
