Cascade Sarasota Chunky

This is an interesting yarn. I bought it because of its vibrant colorways, which are just as brilliant in person. Though chunky, it’s not quite as chunky as I hoped. But I’m crocheting a baby blanket with it and it is a strong yarn. It’s a bit ropy feeling, as most cotton yarns are. It crochets well and easily. I haven’t washed it yet so I don’t know how it holds up to laundering. I would definitely buy it again. It will make a nice light weight blanket.
