I love the fact that it comes with the rope and the ball. You have the option of switching between both. Depending on the weather, I rather just do the jump rope inside using the ball when it’s too rainy or too cold or hot outside. The app is really reliable too. It syncs with my Apple health app and I really enjoy using this product.
