Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTS) Activity Set

Great set to use with young people however it offers the option to personalise which I did request mine wasn’t. Not a problem but some customers may be unhappy with this oversight.

If your little one struggles to deal with negative thoughts and emotions then this is a must! My little girl often lets her mind run away with negative thoughts and would come to me with questions and feelings I would struggle to understand. By using the stop the ANTs wheel it’s helped us figure out which ants she was feeling and to flip the negative thoughts into positive thoughts. She’s gone from being a nervous little girl who cries when feeling overwhelmed to running into places expressing her excitement!
