The Wise Words Affirmation cards are wonderful. They are so easy to use.Many of them tie in the part of the brain and how it responds when you are dysregulated. They work well with the books. We are also using these cards at Camp Empower.

These cards are such useful conversation starters. They are beautifully presented as well. Thoroughly recommend
