Shipped with Shattered Mirror and no Follow up after inquiries about replacement

We ordered the 42 X 36 Illusion and when we opened the box, the mirror inside is shattered. When we informed Ex-brite about it, we initially received a response informing us that we can choose to receive a replacement which was out of stock. We agreed to wait for a replacement, but have since not received an updates or follow up from Ex-Brite. This leaves us and our renovation hanging.
