No trouble Just Sprouts

I did not have any problems sprouting these. They turned out beautiful and tasty in my salads and garnishes.

Good but not what I was expecting

Slower grow and easy to over or underwater. Not as red as some photos appear. Tops are more green than red and not very tall.
