i love the look but the top bead has prongs, which catches in everything i wear. it snagged and fell out within 2 weeks of wear and now I cannot wear it anymore

its cute, but broke on my second wear, the heart crystal fell out and was poorly set in general 3 very sad i was looking forward to wearing this
