I am 5’8” around 155 lbs. athletic build. These shorts stay put for the most part (best I’ve found so far). I bought a size large and the legs fit well (no stuffed sausage look) but the waistband is a touch big (just my body shape). There’s not a ton of compression. Lightweight material. Perfect for warm runs.

I wore the 3 Pinas shorts during the London Marathon and they were excellent. The fit was perfect, they felt very lightweight, and I stayed comfortable the entire race. No chafing or discomfort at all, even over long distances. Definitely one of the most comfortable running shorts I’ve used. Highly recommended for runners looking for performance and comfort.💕💕💕

The fit is awesome. Length is perfect. And i love the higher waist for my long inseam! True to size. I’m 5’8”!and 155 pounds and I took a medium.
