Outstanding service and products

Following my recent order there was an error in the process and the wrong product was advised to be out for delivery. At 10pm at night I emailed to let the team know, within minutes, I had had an email back confirming it had been corrected and resolved. The product arrived two days later and I live on an island off the south coast! Amazing service and products, I have this and one of the back packs. Quality, sustainability and service - genuinely best I have ever experienced. Really impressed.

Grab and Go

I decided to make a switch this year to vegan + sustainable bags. This crossbody completed my collection for a smaller grab and go bag. The interior is soft with a nice phone pouch. Smart design + good for the planet + stylish. Will definitely purchase more for the company.

Great functional bag that looks great

I really enjoy how you’ve carried your style across the range and how you use sustainable materials. However, the strap is quite scratchy on the neck and I usually have only one side showing as the branding is very bold and in your face compared to the backpack and tote. Would be nicer more minimal with detachable or internal branding
