Cutting problems

Unsure if it is a software issue or a mechanical issue. Halfway through my cuts the machine has stopped multiple times. Some other issues is that there will be a machining issue such as the router will not lift and routes a grove in my project. I have lost a few pieces of acrylic material due to this issue. I have since went to soft woods that are much cheaper I have looked in many places to try and figure out the issue. I would appreciate some help from customer service on this one.

The Controller PWM max output is 4.11V, Otherwise all is well. But I wish I could use my laser above 80%. I reached out to the Support with an email to see if it can be adjusted, but as of now, 3 days later, no answer. I wish there was a phone support.
