Bourbon Red Heritage Turkey Hatching Eggs

Unfortunately, I had very bad results, for the money. Ordered six eggs, Half (3) were not even fertilized and only 1 of 6 the hatched (16% hatch rate). I only chose this hatchery because of availability. They do not have a hatch rate guarantee, which is pretty poor customer service. I understand that once the eggs leave their possession it's out of their control. Still most hatcheries have a hatch rate guarantee even if only 25% or so. I have had a lot of success hatching shipped eggs and this is by far the worst results I've had and of course it comes from the one hatchery with no guarantee. With no guarantee whatsoever what is stopping them from just shipping random eggs that may not ever have had a chance to be fertilized? The only other time I've ever had an issue with hatch that company reached out to me to honor their hatch rate guarantee. You can see the difference in what I'm talking about with poor service just from that example. Hopefully they change their policies.
