I want to drop the subscription for this item. It left my hair gummy. will never use it again Sorry

It took over 11 days to receive it. It was for my brother and I have used it on his hair twice and each time it felt like there was a residue left on his hair. The container doesn't say how much to use so I used a smaller amount the second time and still it didn't feel clean. After washing his hair with shampoo, the difference was undeniable. With this result on his hair, he didn't think it worth trying it on his body.
