Do not buy if in the UK!!! wrong size to fit UK oven & terrible customer service

The griddle pan is completely useless to me as it does not fit in my standard UK size oven. I have tried to give it away to 4 other family members and all of them are unable to fit it in their ovens I I can only assume it is built for a US size oven, which is probably bigger? It seems pointless to include this in a set to UK customers. I emailed the support team to ask if I can exchange it for the mini size griddle pan, but they told me I had to return the whole set. I still wanted to keep the baking trays. And they already had scratches on them (another complaint is that they scratch very easily) so I didn’t feel like I could return the whole set. All I wanted was to swap it for a smaller size which was CHEAPER but “computer said no”. I now have a completely useless bit of equipment in my kitchen. I cannot even use it on the hob because I have an induction. It is not a cheap set and I cannot sell it on in this country and as everyone seems to have the same size oven in the UK. I have already bought pans from this company prior to this set and would have continued buying from them but now they have lost a valued customer

Bought it for my sister who has published several cookbooks and she absolutely loves it.

The small dishes are excellent. The larger one does not fit in Aga or other UK ovens we have tried. Felt slightly misled in the buying process, since the only reason is because the handle bits are too big to close the oven door. The dish without, or even 1cm shorter, would have been perfect.
