Excellent

I got this hat just in time for some cold weather and snow. It has a great balance of thermal insulation. Not to hot to wear indoors while keeping my head nice and warm outside where I spend most of my days. I wasn't sure how I'd like the buckle but it's really comfortable and enhances the esthetics of the hat. Also customer service has been outstanding

I love the hat color and feel unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I should have ordered an extra large. How can I exchange it?

The hat looks amazing. I really like the military color. The interior has a cool design and it’s noticeably more insulated than regular hats. One of my favorites. I own probably 15 melin hats.
