Best Customer Service Ever

I own a 'mystery box apron' purchase 6+ years ago that the straps are fraying badly on. I reached out to customer service regarding the warranty. After sending in photos, they very promply sent me a new 'mystery box apron' at no charge. There were several very kind follow up emails as well. Love the new apron, Love the level of customer service even more! H&B is the BEST!

Kinda bummed

For fun, I ordered the mystery box for three aprons. I was excited to see what would come, but disappointed that it was just three basic aprons — ALL the same color. Not as much fun as I expected, but nice aprons.
