Check your gear when you receive it. My bindings didn’t come with a part and customer service will insistently tell you it’s your fault. Customer service kept saying “you lost this part” but we will be so kind to replace it…

AMAZING bindings; but new tool less screws for the toe straps suck

I love these bindings. They are great for park, they have good response, but forgiving enough to make mistakes when learning new rail tricks. The ankle strap is comfy. My only complaint is the updated screws on the toe straps; I’ve lost two toe strap screws so far. And I’ve only ridden these about 15 times. This isn’t specific to the ultra bc my 23/24 trilogy bindings have these updated screws as well. These new screws are about half the length of the old toolless toe strap screws, and they can unscrew very easily. I have no idea why they changed the toolless toe strap screws from a design that works to one that fails constantly. I’d rather have the old style of toolless screws that are harder to adjust but actually stay put vs these new ones that I’ve lost literally two of SO FAR.

Had a small issue when they arrived, but they got me the part I needed quickly, can't say anything bad about the purchase or the company.
