Prompt customer service!

Pricier than I would have liked, however, I required a TV thinner than 2" ... with an internal DVD player as a bonus. I've been looking for a long time. Not sure why it took me so long to come across this TV. The 1st TV received was damaged enroute. I received my replacement TV in 3 days ... I was very pleased with the prompt corrective action. The TV is now installed on the boat. The picture is first rate ... the audio is ok ... acceptable but just a tinge tinny ... but it can be connected to an audio system via Bluetooth or, I'm considering a small sound bar. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
