Plush Ritual Ceramide Lip Treatment

I bought this after watching Samantha talk up this product in a recent video. It sounded perfect. Not as effective for dry lips as advertised, and the white-based color noticeably sat in the lines/between the flakes. The only thing that has worked for me is the discontinued Bite Agave Lip Mask, and this was not as effective. It is not a bad product and does work well in a thin layer as lip prep before lipstick, but it did not live up to the hype of being an overnight treatment for chronically dry lips.

The product itself was great. The shipping on the other hand was so expensive that it doesn’t matter how much I love the product, I won’t be purchasing from the company again. I bought the item on a sale ($25) and by the time you add shipping and extra costs, the item ended up costing me just under $80. Also the package took forever to arrive and shipping updates were sporadic.

I love this product, but we really want to see it in 1) refill options or 2) a packaging buy back program (send in 5 used containers and get $X reward dollars to spend. This product is really expensive and you’ve increased the prices again recently—per ounce more than many luxury brands—and there are ways for more people to enjoy it and afford it.
