Received very quickly and was simple to install. I wouls also list to give a review of the Pet Door I purchased from you. Was a little while back and was waiting for a friend in install. Was installed quickly and easily and my little cat mastered use of it (with the soft flap) within 24 hours. Everyone who has seen it is most impressed. Thank you
