Soft Flap - Optional For Older Or Little More Timid Pets

My dog is a little bit precious and hated his other doggy flap - wouldn't use it; I had to strip plastic (like the fly/insect strips on doors) instead of the solid flap which I had to remove. This soft one is fine so long as the bits of plastic I had in the other one are stuck on the front. Crazy dog. He adapted very quickly and appreciates the freedom of having his own 24/7 door.

The soft flap door arrived and was easy to install. Still trying to get the dogs to go through it as they still expect me to open the balcony door. Will keep trying with dog treats and rewards when they go through it.

Great product, have tried many however this product is amazing not only that the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them
