Yesterday I sent a scathing review because customer service just ignores all emails when there is a complaint. I am a repeat customer so when two of my roses arrived damaged in the UNO BUNDLES (3 bundles) I asked for them to be replaced. Just after my review hit, my replacement roses arrived. Grateful for that, (note, one still arrived damaged) but they should have responded to let me know they were going to do something about it. I like the product but I believe the company is struggling, and poor customer service certainly won't help.
