I'm a first time customer and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. It was shipped extremely fast and GORGEOUS upon arrival.

Poor quality and service

The Roses are over bloomed and don’t look fresh. My order arrived in 2 days but the fragrance disappeared within 24 hours when I brought this to the attention of glam fleur within a week of my purchase they denied me a replacement since I had taken the vase out of the box. Apparently that is their policy which is not mentioned anywhere on the box. I have bought such arrangements from other vendors in the past so I am aware of what to expect so all I can say is go buy from the better more established retailers since this company does not have any experience in quality control.

I emailed them about needing my flowers by Valentine’s Day and they delivered that morning. Great service will shop again!
