Missing paint

Not good. My photo was very detailed and the canvas was too simplistic. One of the colors was over-used and not enough was provided. A color was doubled by number but was not the same color in the pot. I probably won’t be able to finish because I don’t know who to contact to get additional paint. I am very disappointed.

Wrong colors

The product was good but some of the colors were very wrong. Burnt orange instead of white. Bright yellow instead of beige. I reached out to customer service 4 times with no response, therefore, I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t going to post a review but this is the third time they asked for one. I’m disappointed it didn’t work out because the quality of of canvas and paints were good.

Help

Not great. 1st time I have ordered with this company. I was emailed saying the photo I submitted could not be used. I have reached out twice regarding the problem and no one has emailed me back or called to discuss what our options are. I'm very disappointed with their customer service department.
