Custom Paint by Numbers Kit

I bought a kit for my Mom as a gift - great winter activity for her!

The custom outline is great if you get paint with it. I received my painting almost 3 weeks after i ordered it and it didnt come with the paint, the frame i added on, or the paint brush holder i also bought. Just the canvas, nothing else. This was supposednto be a birthday present. I am trying to get in touch with customer support but they responded once asking for a photo and then never followed back up with me.

Just started it but I am so impressed with the detail captured and the palette of colors selected is beautiful
