Sour not bitter

We did a side-by-side with other beans we've been buying for years, and the difference is tremendous, coffee is supposed to be sour so both were, but tasting this one we discovered a bitterness in the others that is just not present here. Is it not a good taste and if it wasn't because we had something better (this one) to compare, we wouldn't have noticed. It makes for a much a smoother and delicious cup of black coffee ☕ definitely recommend it.

It’s hard to find a really good organic coffee with lots of flavor, but this one never disappoints! It’s my go to every morning.
