Warm feet
I was looking for a ski boot to use for extended skijor trips here in Alaska. I thought it was a lost cause to find a boot that would keep me comfortable in all day movement at -25F and colder. These boots keep my feet warm which I have never been able to say before. Although if I am not moving in cold temps with the boots on I use toe warmers. I was worried that the boots would be too bulky and cumbersome but I am pleasantly surprised that I can still ski fairly well with the “big reds” Since i just bought the boots a month ago I’ve only used them for 5 hard, cold, overnight ski days but I’m feeling confident with them that they will continue to make me happy on future endeavors. I wear a women’s size 8 and I bought the 8 in men’s(because that’s the smallest that’s offered...?) There’s some extra room but it’s not bad.
