SINGLE GRIP Router Base Plate for Ridgid and Ryobi

Love this so much!

This base plate fit my brushless ryobi router perfectly! High quality & very well made! There's simply no comparison to the stock base plate vs this wide cut base plate. This elevated my routing leaps and bounds. This base provides so much stability & it just feels like it's gliding in & out corners so effortlessly now! Accessing the dust port is more trouble than it's worth, & honestly it's easier to maneuver freely with no restrictions without the hose attached, so I'm loving it! I'm so looking forward to trying the other styled bases! This wide base has been pure perfection on my edges and flush trim bits. You do have to get used to the larger base, but that really just involves making sure your larger base has enough room to be properly supported. The projects I've been using it on have all been larger slabs, so it really wasn't an issue. I'm pretty new to all this so any tool that actually levels up my work is an absolute game changer for me! Even if you're a pro or have been routing for years, I think you'll still enjoy how effortlessly this larger base makes routing. By far, this has been the best upgrade for my Ryobi palm router, & the fit was perfect!

Exactly what's needed

Not new to router base plates. Have even made my own from stock sheets of Lexan for my larger routers. Did this because I didn't want to bother making one for the smaller Trim Router. THIS IS PERFECT! Absolutely rigid with the correct thickness. My only issue was easily solved by placing one of those "multi-pronged type" lock washer between the acrylic base and handle. Snugged up handle perfectly.
