Delicious, Houston roasted coffee: This bean roast is good for fresh ground coffee made by any means but this roast shines in French press and my espresso machine. It has dried fruit notes, great balance of roast and bean flavor. Grinds consistently in my burr grinder, which really matters for my daily espresso shots.
