I was looking to get into espresso and crawled through the rabbit hole of accessories in order to get. I landed on the workflow of pre-batching my measured dosage of beans instead of measuring on the spot before making my espresso. I had already purchased the Aeropress Companion and Espresso Flow Simplifier, so naturally I wanted everything to match! There’s definitely cheaper alternatives, but aesthetics and supporting small businesses are very important to me. If you’re looking for something that looks good and works great for your workflow, I highly suggest getting the “Proper” workflow ;)
