NPR Music Special Edition Earplugs

Not effective

I tried them one time - at a bluegrass festival. They did not help enough. The carrier was awkward. i dropped the top of the carrier trying to juggle the carrier, the lid of the carrier, and two ear plugs. I threw them in the garbage when I got home.

I can hear again!

I've lost count of how many ear plug styles I've used over the years. They all worked well when the music was playing, but left a lot to be desired when it wasn't. I've used the Earpeace system on six gigs with three different ensembles. It's the first protection system I've found that enables you to hear spoken voices between songs, and even on breaks.

Picked up a set of the NPR earplugs for the “Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour” kickoff in Minneapolis. The music clarity was great, while keeping the volume down. Exactly as described. Really saved me as I already have tinnitus and this three hour concert would have kicked it into overdrive for days without the right ear protection.
