Ended up having to switch out multiple sizes and even models, and it was handled with excellence. Very satisfied with my boots, but I will be a recurring customer simply on the customer service alone.

The boot is really light and comfortable. I have found they make noise when I walk, I hope they quiet down as I break them in. The sound is coming from the tongue. Boot fits and feel great, only complaint is the noise.

Great boots

These boots required virtually no breaking in period. Comfortable from day one. Was able to hike 6-8 miles daily over various terrain without any issues. Customer support was also excellent. I experienced a clicking noise from one of the boots while training after about 120 miles. They replaced them immediately which allowed me to maintain my training schedule for an 110 mile high alpine trek over 10 days with 34,000 feet of elevation gain. Oh and I don’t know how they do it but my feet never get hot? Don’t know how they do it. I tried three other high end brands and none were as comfortable or breathable as these. Truly a great experience.
