Very nice crimping wheel.

Although this is very expensive, it is at the same time very nicely made and is very good quality. Came also in a nice black velvet bag. Does an excellent job of crimping and sealing my ravioli together, as well as providing a decorative boarder that makes your ravioli look that little bit more professional. I'll probably get some of the other patterns of these at some point in the near future.
