Terrible quality

Really disappointed with this purchase. The quality is very poor — it broke within a week, which I would not consider acceptable for any product. Customer service was also unhelpful, dismissing it as “wear and tear,” which is frustrating given how quickly it failed. I actually bought this as something special after my dog passed away, so it meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
