So is this just makeup for guys? It is not changing nothing. Only time my circles kinda disappear are when I first apply lumin. So is it makeup or like cover up/ concealer. Not at all what I was expecting. Very disappointing 😞 . Can I return it. If I knew it was just like makeup and not help in removing the dark circles I would have only bought one to test it
