Capn Softbill

After careful head measurements, I ordered a size Medium according to the size chart. When I received the hat, the attached price tag confirmed size Medium. However, I constantly struggled to get a decent fit when wearing the hat - I had the cap adjusted as small as it would go. After several wears and upon further inspection, I finally realized the size of cap is actually a size Large according to the interior tag of the cap. I'm making due but a bit disappointed in the quality assurance of tagging a Large cap with a Medium price tag. I have sweated in it a few times and outside the return window otherwise I would try to make an exchange hoping to get the correct size. Otherwise I really like the side mesh vents, the soft bill, the lighter materials used, and overall look of the cap. It's not a traditional baseball cap which can be heavy and the side mesh vents are a nice feature on really hot days.

This hat is great for trail running. It is so light I don't even feel it on my head while I run. Its' sweat wicking band behind the bill keeps the sweat out of my eyes and the mesh sides provide just enough ventilation to keep my head cool during a hot day.

Love it!! The only thing is - if you are on the fence about size - go large. I don’t have a big dome but the large just fits. Great product, love the craft.
