I am very picky about the freshness and time between roast and grind and when I brew my coffee, and I love that they are local to me in Atlanta and have a wide selection of different beans. Also often when I get a medium or dark roast, some of the beans taste burnt, but these were amazing. I am switching over from my other roaster to Happily Coffee Roasters

the low acidity did not impact the lovely flavor. did add 4.5 scoops for 6-cups to achieve a stronger flavor.

Another amazing pick, for a dark roast the flavors are there and intense. Loved how it was more mellow and not bitter. Ive tried other dark roast from other companies, but these are amazing quality. If your looking to try dark roast these are best pick for getting into more intense coffee! 10/10!
