Great product & fantastic after care service! Needed to order a replacement lid for my dark grey bin but could only find light grey replacement lid on website. Once I put order through I was contacted by Jess who had seen my previous order (3yrs ago!) for the dark grey & checked if I definitely meant to order the light grey or would prefer to have the dark grey! Of course I was happy to get hold of a dark grey replacement! Amazing!! Jess definitely went above and beyond. Thank you again!
