I bought a pair of shoes that I really love but they are too big. The exchange process has been extremely difficult as I am still waiting to be sent a return label to send the shoes back. I can’t seem to get in touch with customer support despite sending multiple emails. I wish I was able to, again, because the shoes seem great. Disappointed that this process has been so difficult.
