We really like your shoes but unfortunately we received the wrong size. And I’m a bit frustrated that I now have to go out of my way to make the return for a mistake that was made by Coolway. I understand you are sending a new pair, but I wasn’t super impressed with the way it was handled

Obsessed is an understatement
I originally I had tried on multiple pairs of the brand that starts with an A and just felt they were so uncomfortable and way too narrow on me. I saw some ads for coolway shoes and was obsessed with the colors and style. Decided to order a pair for my boyfriend and I and they were both true to size! Wore them on a trip and they were super comfortable! So so happy.
