I give you less than zero!!!!!!!

I received my sneakers and they were too big!! On your site it says returns accepted with an $11.00 return fee. I looked to exchange and coolway did not have my size and didn’t give me other options except the ones I bought. I have numerously sent emails with absolutely no response. I will be disputing this charge as I tried and coolway did not give me the time of day.

Runs 1/2 too big

I would give it more of a 3.5 instead of a 3. Shoe is fine. I wasnt thrilled or pumped when I opened the box, I was kind of just ambivalent or maybe indfferent but I also wasn't completely sold on them when I bought them so I guess that response could have been expected. I don't think they're worth $130 plus shipping. Maybe $80 tops. I say this because they're very basic, but of course that's just my opinion. You can see the pictures and make your own judgements. Shoe runs at least 1/2 too big so order down. They're comfortable but heavy for a sneaker. They seem well made but I haven't worn them yet. I had to put an extra pair of soles in them to get them to fit better but that makes me like 2 inches taller and doing that makes me feel off. I would have sent them back and got a size smaller that fit me but I don't have much time and don't feel like spending the money on shipping. Because of this they might just sit in my closet collecting dust until I eventually give them to a friend or take them to goodwill. Overall I think the shoe is worth buying if you like the way they look and have $130 to spend
