didn’t get on with product

Didn’t get on with this earring, although it looks lovely it didn’t sit right in my ear, it was also to thick. caused my ear to swell then it twisted round so the gems were within my ear and got stuck. I couldn’t get it out so my dad had to cut it out with the pliers. so didn’t end up being able to wear this ring.
