Amazing company. So unfortunate my ear cuff was broke when it arrived, I contacted them for a replacement one, obviously they needed proof so i did a video but, i dropped my earcuff down the sink while doing it!! Lol Lily from the company was fabulous she sorted out a new one straight away and definitelyhad a chuckle while watching it. This came within 2 days and this one isnt broke. Lovley ear cuff and is definitely not uncomfortable, as i forgot it was in all day Thanks again would definitely recommend
