Love the bag. As for the service, in the end you were very helpful allowing me to get the bag from another branch of Boutique of Leather. Initially showed it was coming from Lammleys, then Boutique of Leather. A bit confusing as we were expecting bag to come via Amazon. We picked the bag up ourselves and still paid $15 delivery fee. But, love the bag!!!
