Wanted this to work.

I thought I found the perfect lightweight solution for my husband’s mobility issues. The device is compact and lightweight as described. My husband’s diagnosis has affected his coordination along with his balance. It is clear that he is safer with the heavier rollator he uses. Unfortunately, we tried it outdoors on the sidewalk and he struggled the entire time. We tried it with wheels locked and unlocked but it didn’t help. I’m very disappointed that I spent this much money and now have equipment we are unable to use.

Matte Black walker

I liked the walker very much, but it was too heavy for me to put in my car. The box it came in needs to be replaced as it was pretty banged up when I received it. I do appreciate when I returned it I didn't have to pay postage. Would appreciate a credit on my return as soon as you can. Have a great day!
