Razor X Pro Camera Drone

I was sold on the idea of this being an american company and having access to replacement parts through the company- not the case! After 1 week and a couple light wrecks, the collision avoidance module and gimble stopped working. I contacted customer service and asked if the could sell me the parts and they said no, the said i should have bought the replacement plan and im better off buying an upgraded drone. I said I don’t want an upgrade. I want to fix my drone and they basically told me now there’s nothing they can do. I will say that the fit and finish of this drone is extremely flimsy and cheap. Definitely not a high-end drone by any means you get what you pay for people and I will never buy from this company again.

The Razor X is my first real drone purchase. And im blown away. Its really easy, for me. So far. Im hooked. Flown it for like 5 minutes around the yard. Next thing i know, 200-250’ up and a quarter mile down the road. Just checking out the neighborhood. So easy. Thank you Drone Clone Experts
