HEAT & VIPER 4.0 Extra Battery Kit [2000 MAH]

Poor customer service they give no instructions on how to put the stuff together yeah it's just it was an all-around bad experience and I honestly I thought it was going to be a good company like I followed them for a while because I wanted to get that thermal lens that they have but yeah I got the viper kit and it's been a complete and utter disaster since I got it the dovetails all loose it doesn't even hold the things on there right doesn't melt to the helmet like it's supposed to

I ordered both viper thermal and heat and did not get the helmet mount even after the rep told me if I ordered both even separately they would throw in the helmet mount. If you can send it as they said they would then my opinion would probably change but I have not received it as of yet.

Nice to have and keep batteries charged when you need them…
